There are many people you can go to just to talk about what MS means in your life and how you are feeling about it. These people don't have to be experts about MS; they just need to be people you like and respect and who know and care about you, like your teacher, school guidance counsellor, friend, grandparent, other parent, or a neighbour. Try to talk to one of these people.
